We stand to play an important role in the development of backward areas of the country as well as poor women and children who “dream of a shelter but sleep on the footpath” The most important element of human existence and development is “buildings” as the common man understands and “built environment” as the professional’s understand. With active interaction amongst the prominent professionals connected with buildings both in government departments as well as public and private sectors, NBG has decided to work for the “development of the country”. These days People from not only India but from abroad are taking interest in our country and new technology is arriving here. For the development of our country, foreign investment is necessary but it should be according to our requirements. There is need to expand real estate in order to keep pace with the rate of development. “NBG aims to promote investment in India”. With a view of focusing public attention in the Indian investment by Indian firms, non-resident Indian, foreign investors and with a purpose to highlight India for bringing foreign investment in the form of direct investment as projects, in industries, education etc NBG has been organizing various events and seminars. Nearly 1000cr investment was brought in Haryana, Rajasthan and NCR region from International Investors. There was a query of near about Rs1200cr projects some of which are in pipeline now We are in touch with NRIs to collaborate them with the Indian builders to introduce grander projects in our country & become the number one in real estate in the world. We also aim at providing for the first time data of the builders (“Builders Directory”) in which their ongoing projects, future projects and completed projects will be highlighted with their financial data online so that people living anywhere in the country as well as NRIs can invest We also aim at adopting “Green House effect” spreading its awareness in our country for “Eco Friendly, Clean India”. We also wish to work for war widows and women of the weaker section & tribal areas of our country to provide shelter ,food, clothing to all. NBG is also committed to work in the field of education for the benefit of country by providing new most modern & well equipped technical colleges in the field of architecture, & civil engineering and collaborate them with worlds leading universities & colleges to give birth to young gems and future icons of the field who will work for the upliftment of the society
